Nursing and Midwifery Unit

The Nursing and Midwifery Unit is led by the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, who is responsible for the overall coordination, supervision, and quality assurance of nursing and midwifery practices throughout the hospital. This role involves ensuring that patient care is delivered with professionalism, compassion, and in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.

The Director also oversees the allocation of nursing staff, promotes continuous professional development, and ensures adherence to ethical practices and infection prevention measures. In collaboration with other units, the unit plays a central role in ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

The unit encompasses nursing and midwifery services across all departments of the hospital, including:

  1. Accident and Emergency

  2. Gynecology and Obstetrics

  3. Surgery

  4. Internal Medicine

  5. OPD

  6. Pediatrics
