Administration and Finance Unit

The Administration and Finance Unit is led by the Director of Administration and Finance, who is responsible for managing the hospital’s administrative and financial operations. This role includes maintaining and regularly updating staff records, overseeing human resources and personnel files, monitoring staff-related activities, and managing the hospital’s supply chain, including medicines, medical equipment, and assets.

In addition, the Director contributes to the development of the hospital’s strategic, annual, and quarterly plans.

The unit is composed of the following departments and offices:
